Taylor-Swift
Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country music singer and songwriter, whose stories of youthful heartache earned her widespread success in the early 20th century. Swift showed an interest in music at an early age and she progressed quickly from roles in theatre for children and her first public appearance in front of hundreds of people. She was age 11 when she performed The Star-Spangled Banner before a Philadelphia 76ers basketball game and next year, she picked up the guitar, and began writing songs. Inspiring herself by musicians from the country genre like Shania Twain and the Dixie Chicks (now the Chicks) Swift crafted original material that reflected her experiences of tween alienation. Swift's family moved in Tennessee Pennsylvania at the age of thirteen so that she would have more time pursuing country music labels in Nashville.
